Bridging oral and systemic health

Welcome to Dent2Health 2023, a conference with focus on bridging oral and systemic health. Oral
biomarkers, oral screening, and health promotion are some of the topics that will be highlighted
during this day. Participants will come from both academia, industry, and public sector.
This conference is part of the Dent2Health initiative, an initiative managed by Medeon Science Park.
The Dent2Health initiative has three main focus areas:

• Development of a screening tool, based on oral biomarkers, for type 2 diabetes
• Increased collaboration between dental care and primary care
• Development of a research and innovation hub with focus on the connection between oral
  and systemic health
