It is currently estimated that one in three people worldwide is affected by one or more oral diseases conditions that not only impair quality of life but are also closely linked to systemic health risks such as cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Addressing oral health is therefore essential, not only for individual well-being but for the sustainability of healthcare systems.
