Funwheels of Sweden AB
Funwheels of Sweden is an innovative company in the auxiliary industry that manufactures and sells wheelchair access. The idea is that all persons with reduced mobility should be able to demonstrate their personality by help of their means. The focus is currently on manual wheelchairs. Founded in 2010, Funwheels of Sweden moved to Medeon Science Park's incubator in Malmö in autumn 2011. The company is owned by Eva and Thomas Klevås. The business idea is based on own experiences through Eva and Thomas daughter, who was born with a serious and unbearable muscular disease. The disease makes her dependent on the wheelchair.
Products
We offer both fashion and sport products. Within sports there are two categories of products. The one applies to products where the user can show which layer it holds, such as MFF, HIF etc.
The second category consists of products geared towards wheelchair sports where we offer products that not only can raise team feelings, but also enable the team to receive sponsorship fees.
All product categories offer both back cover and styling of protection. Soon, seat covers will also be available for sale.
