On 4 March 2026, Medeon Science Park in Malmö hosted the inaugural Medtech Summit – a dedicated meeting place for medical technology innovators, investors, industry leaders and healthcare stakeholders.
Organised by Medeon Science Park and BioStock, with support from Medicon Valley Alliance, the summit brought together key players from the medtech ecosystem to exchange knowledge, explore investment opportunities and build valuable connections.
Throughout the day, innovative medtech companies presented their solutions, alongside inspiring keynote presentations and discussions on some of the industry's most important opportunities and challenges – from investment and commercialisation to AI, digital health and the future of healthcare.

Among the participating companies were Medarca and Sitisolv, two medtech companies based at Medeon Science Park. Their participation highlighted the innovative companies within Medeon Science Park's community and the importance of providing platforms where emerging technologies and solutions can gain visibility, connect with investors and explore new opportunities for growth.
For Medeon Science Park, the summit marked an important step in strengthening Malmö's position as a hub for medical technology innovation.
