Our facilities are available to companies that lack their own labs or need extra capacity. Medeon Labs also offers established companies a space for development projects that, due to regulatory requirements or internal policies, cannot be run in their own laboratories.

Rental terms

The rental terms at Medeon Labs are flexible and straightforward. When you rent a lab bench, you have access to all equipment and co-working spaces with no additional hourly fees. Your only additional cost is for your own consumables and reagents. 

Medeon Science Park

Being part of Medeon Science Park means great opportunities for networking, collaborations and fun at work. Tenants at Medeon Labs have access to networking and events at Medeon Science Park.

If you have an idea you’d like to test in the lab, reach out to Annika Nordström, Lab Manager, to explore the possibilities at Medeon Labs.

Current tenants work in pharmaceutical development, food tech and clean tech and we’re open to all industries. You don’t need to be part of an incubator program to rent a space. To work in our facilities, you’ll need prior lab experience—whether from professional work or education—as well as an understanding of how to use the equipment safely.

Sustainability is a given at Medeon Labs. That’s why we source high-quality pre-owned equipment from other companies that we combine by new equipment, ensuring a smarter and more sustainable way to grow our facilities.
