Healthmind (Alumni)

Through digital solutions combined with personal meetings at a distance, Healthmind actively works to give people the knowledge and motivation to change their living goods to improve health.

Our app is implementing motivational programs remotely. Short inspirational information passes are varied with interaction in the app.

The program sends push notifications when there is something new and also reminders if you missed a section of the program. The program allows participants to share their progress and encouraged to continue through gamification.

To increase engagement and give participants support to complete the program, regular phone calls with personal coaches are booked directly through the app.
